Bulletball Gets Last Laugh On American Inventor

Almost two years ago, Reality TV Magazine ran an article questioning some of the decisions made by the judges on a new reality show called American Inventor.  One of the decisions questioned was how the judges told inventor Marc Griffin to give up on his Bulletball game.  Judge Mary Lou Quinlan told Griffin, “You’ve told us that you’ve given twenty-six years of your life to this game.  I think that’s more of a life than a man can give to a dream.  Please get your life back.”

American Inventor Winner Is Greg Chavez

On the season finale of American Inventor 2, the three finalists Greg
Chavez, Elaine Cato, and Ricky DeRennaux returned.  Greg Chavez
invented the Guardian Angel, which is a fire safety system for
Christmas trees.  Elaine Cato invented the 6-in-1 Convertible
Brassiere, which is a traditional brassiere that converts into six
configurations.  Ricky DeRennaux invented Custom Build Racers, which is
a kit to build remote controlled vehicles.

American Inventor Season Finale

American Inventor Six Finalists Compete

American Inventor Judges Select Tampa And Houston Winners

On the second part of the American Inventor auditions for Houston and
Tampa, many inventors continued to meet with rejection from the
judges.  Rose Feller who invented a song called “Love Test,” Shirley
Blount who invented “Smarty Potty,” Kevin Gilg who invented an electric
fingernail tool, Bill Guess who invented an automatic meat cooking
device, and Bobby Lee Grissett who invented the fifty-four square cake
cutter all were turned away by the judges.

American Inventor Judges To Select Houston And Tampa Finalists

The nationwide search for America’s next big invention continues with
open casting calls in Houston and Tampa. Viewers will witness inventors
pitching their ideas and products to the panel of expert judges to see
if their dreams will be realized. Highlights from Houston - George
Foreman’s hometown - include an apparatus to keep man’s best friend fit
and entertained, a cooking contraption vying to become the next George
Foreman Grill, a life-saving device designed by a Houston SWAT captain,
and an invention that could revolutionize communication for the hearing
impaired.

American Inventor Houston And Tampa Auditions

The American Inventor Houston and Tampa auditions didn’t start off very
well.  The American Inventor judges turned away Charles Amyx who
invented the Cooler Top, Evan Balasuriya who invented the Double Chin
Buster,  Jeff Miller who invented The Squirrel Circus, Marsia Tucci who
invented a mattress with support panels for women with large breasts,
Rodney Skinner who invented the Quickie Mouth Cleaner, and Benjamin
Hausbach who invented the Safe Tan.

American Inventor Judges Select New York And Chicago Winners

Not many inventors had success during the New York and Chicago American
Inventor auditions.  Wigberto Delgado invented the Urinator, which was
a device to allow men to urinate without having to lift the toilet
seat.  Darrell Fertakos invented Safety Bands, which was a band that
inflated to protect people from injury or to save people from drowning.  John Stark invented the Easy
Squeeze Ear Plug, which was a balloon that inflated in the ear.  Chris
Brooks invented a handheld massager that attached to a remote control.
All met with rejection from the judges.

American Inventor Continues With Chicago And New York Auditions

The nationwide search for America’s next big invention continues with
open casting calls in Chicago and New York. Viewers will witness
inventors pitching their ideas and products to the panel of expert
judges to see if their dreams will be realized. Highlights include a
revolutionary bathroom discovery, a nine-year-old girl who hopes her
invention will have the judges dancing in the street, an elementary
school teacher who has created a device to enhance the way couples
watch television together, and a Chicago native who promises to
revolutionize the world of roller skating. The panel will weigh their
decisions as they choose one finalist from each city to continue to the

American Inventor Judges Reject Many In Chicago And New York Auditions

The American Inventor judges didn’t seem to find many inventions that
they liked in the first round of Chicago and New York auditions.  The
tone was set right from the start when Carlo Giansanti showed off his
invention of a copper mesh that could be worn on the head.  Carlo
claimed that the copper kept people healthy, but the judges didn’t buy
it.

American Inventor Judges Select Los Angeles & San Francisco Winners

On the second episode of American Inventor, the four judges saw several
more inventors from San Francisco and Los Angeles.  The judges also
selected a winner from both Los Angeles and San Francisco to move to
the next round of the competition.
