OJ on The Apprentice? NBC Says No Way!

Donald-Trump-Courtesy-NBCDonald Trump isn’t exactly known for taking the easy road to success. His bold and daring moves in the business world, some might say, are exactly what’s gotten him where he is. But his recent big idea about next season’s The Apprentice was not exactly greeted with open arms by NBC.

The Donald revealed in a recent interview that OJ Simpson’s name had been tossed around in conjunction with next season’s The Apprentice. Says The Donald, NBC nearly “had a heart attack” when he mentioned the idea.

Of course, The Donald’s saying, he probably wouldn’t have cast OJ anyway. But, he says, you’ve got to admit it might have been interesting…

No word yet on when the next season of The Apprentice will begin airing, nor is there word on who will be in the cast. But one thing’s for sure… if The Donald’s thinking along OJ lines, he’s out to grab some pretty big splash-making names for it. We can hardly wait to see who’s cast!
