Elliott Yamin and Fantasia To Appear On Idol Gives Back

Idol Gives Back

Add two more American Idol alumni to the list of celebrities appearing on Idol Gives Back.  American Idol winner Carrie Underwood and American Idol finalist Chris Daughtry had already been announced as taking part in the musical celebration.  Now, American Idol finalist Elliott Yamin and American Idol winner Fantasia have also been added to the appearance list.

Idol Gives Back will also feature several non-Idol celebrities.  The latest new list of celebrities who have now agreed to appear includes Robin Williams, Celine Dion, Forest Whitaker, Billy Crystal, Dane Cook, Kiefer Sutherland, Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Tisdale, Jennifer Connolly, and Amy Adams.  These celebrities join previously announced Bono, Brad Pitt, Reese Witherspoon, Miley Cyrus, Mariah Carey, Eli Manning, Peyton Manning, Fergie, Annie Lennox, John Legend, Snoop Dogg, Maroon 5, Heart and Gloria Estefan.

Idol Gives Back tickets are currently on sale to the general public.  The event will be taped on Sunday, April 6 at the Kodak Theatre in Hollywood.  Idol Gives Back airs on Wednesday, April 9 from 7:30 PM to 10 PM ET/PT on FOX.
