All American Idol Show On Live With Regis And Kelly

Top morning talk show “Live with Regis and Kelly” will celebrate the Fourth of July in true All-American style – actually, all “American Idol” style.  On July 4, hosts Regis Philbin and Kelly Ripa will take a look back at the outstanding “Live with Regis and Kelly” performances of “American Idol’s” top singers, including Kevin Covais, Mandisa, Kellie Pickler, Paris Bennett, Chris Daughtry, Elliott Yamin, finalist Katharine McPhee and of course “American Idol” winner Taylor Hicks.

The Amazing Race Promobile Tour

Beginning June 30, CBS steers its promotional machine into unchartered territory when the Network advertises on a motor home commandeered by a Peoria, Illinois man who is traveling the country this summer along with his wife and four teenage sons.  The family devised the innovative concept to sell advertising space on their motor home by posting information about their summer vacation plans on EBay.

So You Think You Can Dance Results: Aleksandra & Ben Eliminated

Host Cat Deeley introduced the four judges: Nigel Lythgoe, Mary Murphy, Cicely Bradley, and Olisa Thompson.  Cat called the couples on stage in pairs of two.  The first two couples were Allison & Ivan and Heidi & Ryan.  Cat told both couples that they were safe.  The next two couples were Ashlee & Ben and Martha & Travis.  Cat told Ashlee & Ben that they were not safe and told Martha & Travis that they were safe.

American Idol Semi-Finalist Ayla Brown To Perform At Hot Stove, Cool Music Concert

NBC’s SCI FI Channel has announced a July 27, 2006 launch date for Stan Lee’s POW! Entertainment’s new reality TV show "Who Wants To Be a Superhero?"  POW! Entertainment along with the SCI FI Channel and Nash Entertainment are producing a new six-episode, one-hour weekly competition reality series that will challenge a lucky few to create their very own superhero and reward the winner with the best reality competition prize yet: immortality!

Reality TV Popular Among Video-On-Demand Users According To Research

Scarborough Research just released an analysis of video-on-demand (VOD) Users (those consumers who live in households that used VOD during the past month). The analysis found that VOD Users are 27 percent more likely than all consumers to cite reality programs as a television genre that they typically watch. Nationally, seven percent of consumers live in a household that used VOD during the past month.

America’s Got Talent – Leonid The Magnificent Gets A Second Chance

The New York auditions for America’s Got Talent kicked off with a clogging ensemble called All That from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.  All three judges gave rave reviews to the group and quickly voted them through to the next round.  Second up was William J. McGowan from Whiting, New Jersey who sang the song “Cara Mia.”  All three judges buzzed him.  Piers Morgan called him “the worst singer I’ve ever heard.”

Big Brother All Stars Vote Ends Today

Today is the last day to vote for Big Brother All Stars.  The voting closes on CBS.com at 8:59 PT and 11:59 ET on June 28, 2006.  CBS has been very vague in specifying the rules in regards to voting.  Some rumors suggest that only the first five hundred votes per IP address will be counted.  Other rumors suggest that there is no limit on voting.  Considering that CBS announced they reached over 2.4 million votes in just 18 hours, our guess would be that they are counting every vote that gets cast.
