The American Idol Las Vegas auditions offered up a lot of unusual characters, but not many had the talent to make it through to Hollywood. Alexia “Dylon” Lincheta kicks things off with a fake wig, a fake Jamaican accent, and an original song called “American Idol the Reggae.” Alexia doesn’t make it through to Hollywood, but maybe he can launch a line of “Jamaica Good Music” t-shirts.

Host Chris Harrison informs the remaining women that two bachelorettes are returning to make the decision on who goes on the one-on-one dates with Travis. Surprisingly, Allie G isn’t one of them, so viewers miss out on getting to here her grill the girls about reproduction. The two returning bachelorettes are Jennifer and Shiloh. Jennifer and Shiloh ask all the women tough questions, but they save their best for Moana, who they reduce to tears.

It’s no secret that many of the contestants that audition for American Idol aren’t exactly amateur singers. Many contestants have either been on other singing competition shows or have had albums released at some time in the past. In fact, both Bo Bice and Carrie Underwood from American Idol 4 had recorded CDs before their time on American Idol.

Bravo has entered into the mobile phone market with the launch of Bravo To Go, which will include two online mobile storefronts for the acclaimed original series "Project Runway" and "Queer Eye." Teaming up with iLoop Mobile, Inc., mobile phone users will be able to purchase wallpaper as well as ringtones featuring the shows’ theme songs. The storefronts launched on BravoTV.com on Monday, January 30. The announcement was made by Lauren Zalaznick, President, Bravo.

Entertainment Weekly raves about Paris and says she “threatens to end this competition before it even gets underway.” The New York Post calls Paris Bennett a “probable winner” and says her audition “might have been the most successful in the show’s history.” People Magazine calls Paris an “early favorite.”
